Wee Can Shop
The Factionist was the first ones to face the multi-milliners judge’s panel. Nate Berkopeck a 19-year-old New York University student presented the ECO friendly clothing brand “The Factionist”.
According to Nate it is not another clothing line, it is a movement for those who are aware of the ECO system, but Sharks thought otherwise because Nate had no sales record to back his project up. The Judges panel thought of him as a dreamer.
The Podillow were the second one to appear in front of the Judges panel. The Podillow was rejected as Sharks thought the investment is greater than the products worth’s itself.
Wee can shop were the third to face their demon. Sibs and business partners Matthew and Kimberly came out with their product “Wee can Shop”. A concept for what they asked $200,000 over the stake of 30%.
Wee can shop is a cute and adorable little store for children. Children can do shopping for themselves, for their families and friends in “Wee can shop”.
What makes “Wee can shop” unique is that there is no competition as it aimed towards kids. To support and demonstrate their concept and their excellent way with kinds, Kimberly Foley describes “Wee can shop” business plan by reading a kinds book they wrote themselves. She was not only passionate about her business but emotional too. But Sharks are Sharks, there is no emotion and no passion in business.
Wee Can shop has produced only $13,000 profits, so Sharks not only rejected their idea but advised them to shut down “Wee can shop” store too.
