Washington Dc Snowfall
Washington DC experiences the decade’s most fierce snowfall! And no, President Obama is not laughing on it this time!

This year he is saying no joke about the snowfall in Washington DC. The country’s capital is expecting nearly two feet more snow in next 24 hours. The entire Washington DC is under a winter storm warning and the weather forecasters are predicting that the city will receive 20-30 inches more snow by Saturday morning.
Heavy Snowfall Cripples Daily Life at Washington DC
As the heavy snowfall engulfs the city, the Washington DC mayor and weather agencies issue warning to the locals. The heavy snowfall has paralyzed the daily life in the capital. All transport networks were shutting down and the residents of Washington DC have been warned to remain indoors.
This fierce snowfall may force the locals to remain indoors for up to five days. Airlines are cancelling their flights while roads are completely or partially blocked in many areas. Schools in Washington DC were closed and the federal government has asked the workers to go home.
All the postal services, including collecting and delivering, were halted on Saturday in the Washington DC and some area around Maryland. Heavy snowfall has caused power failure as well, sending a large area of the Washington in hibernation.
