Vancouver 2010: the Winter Olympics starts today at Vancouver and both Americans and Canadian are waiting for the inaugural ceremonies to begin, but Google has taken lead by changing its logo that is now showing a stylish drawing of the opening ceremony of Vancouver 2010 Olympics. The Google logo also boasts an Olympic flame instead of “I,” and a small print of Olympic rings. This is not the first time that Google has gone Olympic; it also marked the 2006 World Cup that was held in Germany.

There were announcements that Shelley Rudman will carry the British flag for the opening ceremony at British Columbia Place Stadium in Vancouver. Rudman won a silver medal for her nation in Turin four years ago and she is a strong contender in Whistler.

Rudman has declared that it is a great honor for her to represent her country team and her country and that are some good athletes and she said that she would be proud of being a person that lead them into the stadium.

You may feel the awe that will accompany with the opening ceremony of XXI Winter Olympic Games when one of the volunteers from rehearsal told breathlessly that it was all like Avata, but real one, and from now onward, you would also want to know what Canadian have done when five-ringed circus opens for us today.
