Todd Leary Arrested? Yes, the former Indiana broadcaster and basket ball star of Hoosier is under arrest by IUPD and he is facing not less than 17 class-B felony charges. Currently has been kept at Monroe County Jail in Bloomington, Indiana and he has not spoken to media yet about his arrest but reports are there that his is in custody for a huge real estate title fraud. The Allen County served the warrants for his arrest for misappropriating the escrow funds and according to IU Police official Captain Jerry Manger, Todd Leary has to be extradited to Allen County soon.

Todd Leary arrest was reported by Fort Wayne Journal Gazette and according to gazette, Todd Leary’s mate Brian Evans cooperated with the police to unearth the fraud scheme and Todd Leary has reportedly been working with insurance broker Joseph Garretson who is facing charges of $2.7 million scum. Joseph has pleaded guilty before Allen Superior Court during this week. Joseph Garretson guilty plea would lead him to serve at least twelve years behind the bars.
