Shar Jackson

VH1 is all set to reunite the former dating couple Shar Jackson and Kevin Federline in one of their celebrity shows ‘Celebrity Fit Club’ though they will be representing opposite teams on the show. K-Fed and Jackson will also be joined on the show, by R&B singer and ex-husband of Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown and bunch of other celebrities.

The celebrities will feature in the seventh season of the reality television series. The show starts off with 8 celebrities equally divided into 2 teams. The show follows the celebrities as all of them try to lose weight as the show progresses. During the show, the contestants have to go through a number of physical challenges and then get themselves weighed to see if they have managed to achieve their weight goal. The participants are throughout the show monitored and supervised by a team of a nutritionist, a psychologist, and a physical trainer.

Jackson was born on 4th September 1976 and is a rapper as well as a television and film actress. She is mostly known for playing the role of Moesha’s best friend, Niecey Jackson, in the television show Moesha. She is also famous for her relationship with Britney Spears’s ex-husband, K-Fed, long before his relationship with Spears and is also the mother of his two kids, daughter Kori and son Kaleb.

The first episode of the 7th season airs tonight on VH1. Shar and K-Fed would definitely work hard to get their bodies back on track but it would be interesting to wait and see if both the celebrities win each other’s love back too as the rumors are already in the air.
