Keri Glassman, MD has authored another book about Nutrition. Her book The O2 Diet features a diet which promises weight loss and revival of the beauty of skin. Keri Glassman has co-authored this book with Sarah Mahoney.
What is O2 Diet anyway?
The distinguishing element of O2 Diet is its Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC). The ORAC scale is developed by the US Department of Agriculture. It measures how well a particular food provides safety against the free radicals.
