Nome Alaska Disappearances

Nome Alaska Disappearances were real? Do you believe in paranormal phenomenon? Just type the word ‘paranormal’ on Google and you will find multiple lists of incidents happened in past in which the narrators of the incidents have experienced encounters with aliens. The term alien is used here for everything which is not human. Many people believe in the existence of evil spirits, ghosts, and phantoms and many have actually had encounters with them. Olantunde Osunsanmi’s new sci-fi movie The Fourth Kind is all about such phenomenon. The Fourth Kind is based upon a real video footage which reveals the disappearances occurred at Nome, Alaska. When I read about the film I became curious to know more about it and here’s what I have learned from my investigation.

Olantunde Osunsanmi went to North Carolina for post-production of one of his projects. There he met a colleague with whom he had conversation over a dinner. His colleague told him a story which later became the inspiration for Olantunde’s next movie.
Olantunde Osunsanmi heard story about a psychologist who arrived in Carolina from a remote town. According to the locals, her patients, which she attended in Alaska for their sleep disorders, had strange stories to tell her about an incident which happened some forty years ago. Olantunde Osunsanmi showed his interest to his friend in meeting that lady. The meeting was arranged and the lady agreed to reveal the stories to Olantunde. According to her, her patients have had strange experiences few years ago. It all happened in 1960s. Her patients’ stories start with a white owl. Each of them saw an owl outside their homes through windows and then they went to sleep. They woke up by horrific noises from their room’s doors. They were paralyzed and couldn’t move by themselves. They were then dragged vehemently by unknown forces and subsequent memories went dark. The psychologist told Olantunde that her patients revealed this information in Fall 2000 while she was treating them in hypnosis. The psychologist, after hearing similar stories from multiple patients, started digging deeper into the matter. Upon her investigation she got some factual accounts about some person missing from Nome, Alaska. Further investigation revealed that these missing persons were either killed or kidnapped by alien forces. By alien forces she meant non-human forces. More investigations revealed that in the same years when these disappearances happened, an air craft of US Air Force was followed by a UFO over Pacific sea. The UFO which followed the US craft was even captured in the radar-visual footages. The UFOs then disappeared suddenly. She suggests that her patients had encounters with the same aliens which followed the craft as the two incidents happened in same years i.e.

1965. Her heavy documentation over the matter made Olantunde to believe this unbelievable story and he decided to make a movie about the subject.

The movie titled The Forth Thing will be featuring real footages as well.
