There is a struggle going on for the wealth of Michael Jackson and everyone seems to be in hurry to defeat the other one in this race. Joe Jackson, the father of great icon has filed a petition challenging Mitchell Beckloff, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge for his judgment of November 10 for continuation of Branca and McClain’s appointment as co-executors.
He had already gone to court on November 9, averring Michael never signed the will and both the co-executors Branca and McClain are going to commit a fraud for his son’s estate.
Joe filed legal documents in L.A. County Superior Court for a monthly allowance with the argument that Michael paid a munificent provision to him while he was alive, and the estate, that had a very smart earning of $100 million in the first 7 months since Michael’s death and was capable to pay for a family allowance for Joe Jackson.
