She opened the show, which is otherwise hosted by George Lopez, with a nod to the ongoing NBC firing and hiring drama. The guest host welcomed her audience in a show ‘where nobody gets fired’. Jennifer Lopez continued her rattling with the ongoing media sagas and entertained the audience.

The actress, singer, and a mom of twins joked about Conan O’Brien’s ongoing battle with the NBC and said that a bartender in Manhattan, who is displeased with the network, has named a drink in the honor of Mr. Conan. The fearless Jennifer Lopez didn’t put a stop to her punches and wondered if Jay Leno is too old for the young viewers.

Everything was great and funny and should we say ‘Orale!’ But one thing which definitely made us shocked was her comment on Sarah Palin. Jennifer Lopez called Sarah Palin ‘La Cobrana’ which is a Spanish word and means ‘bitch’. It must have put the Sarah Palin fans on fire.

Though it’s a well-known fact that Sarah Palin does have bad repute among Americans and that many countrymen considers her an idiot, but shouldn’t we draw a line when it comes to name-calling (even if it’s in Spanish)? We are sure that Jennifer Lopez’ comments about Sarah Palin will cause a feud or at least there will be boycott movement against Jennifer Lopez’ products from Sarah Palins’ fans very soon.
