Japan Earthquake
The reports from Japanese Meteorological Agency say that the earthquake that hit Japan was of 6.6 magnitudes, whereas Unite States Geological Survey reported the Japan earthquake to be of 6.4 magnitudes.
Japan Earthquake struck roughly at 1:00 A.M. The Japan Earthquake hit approximately 70-miles off the shores of Miyakomina in the Ryuku Islands. Epic centre was detected at about 1,100 miles south-west and 6 miles deep of Tokyo. The Japan earthquake engendered the threat of Tsunami, making authorities active. Authorities issued a warning of a Tsunami for many different small islands, but later candled the warning. The Japan earthquake was felt in Taiwan too.
The Japanese Meteorological Agency it is expected that the waves of Tsunami could be about 1.6 ft high. According to experts Japan is one of the those countries which struck by earthquakes constantly, it is said that in 1995 an earthquake of 7.2 magnitudes hit the western port city of Japan (Kobe). The earthquake killed over 6500 people.
Japan earthquake was also felt in most parts of Taiwan, specially on the eastern side where Taipei is situated. The locals of Taipei felt the shaking of the building.
The recent reports does not offer any information about the casualties, injuries and damages that is caused by the earthquake.

An Earth-quake causes heavy loss. Experts call for taking adequate precautions to minimize losses. Alarmed by the recurrence of quakes during recent years, should be taken as a signal for a major earthquake.
