Irina Shabayeva

Irina Shabayeva, the famous fashion designer is the winner of the season 6 of Project Runway, defeating fellow competitor Althea Harper and Carol Hannah. Irina Shabayeva was very excited for her splendid victory and she said she was working for New York.

The judges for the contest were Heidi Klum, Susie Menkes, Nina Garcia and Michael Kors. The judges give high remarks for all the three collections presented for the competition.

Klum announced Shabayeva as the victor of Project Runway for this year and Harper announced as runner-up. Shabayeva said that she is proud of her collection and feel satisfaction for her to be in fashion designing. She presented 13 of her designs for the women protecting themselves from the rudiments of the city.

Hannah’s collection was inspired from “Gothic architecture and fairy tales,” while Harper’s stimulation was sci-fi flips of the ’50s and ’60s.

Shabayeva received a vacation in Paris, a Marie Claire fashion spread, Designers Management Agency representation and an amount of $100,000 for her own line.
