Erica Lee fired news from the Scott and Erica Morning Show at Mix 105.1 is yet another example of poor Human Resource Management. The person who has been handling the show for last 20 years, Erica Lee fired decision has just showed the intentions of management that they used her for their benefit for quite a long time and threw her away like a tissue paper.

This is principally agreed that your organization or your radio station requires new names or need new faces but firing out the old ones without even appreciating them is just out of context as far professionalism is concerned.

Erica lee has been fired by the radio channel Mix 105.1 for the show named Scott and Erica Morning Show, the show has been handled and proceeded by both Scott and Erica for last many years and they have strongly developed a link with the listeners and they have been considered as the family members of the listeners. It has been reported that Scott will carry on his duties with a new voice on board.

Erica Lee’s co host Scott commented on the management, he said it was obvious that it would end one day but the way it happened its not expected and it is out of card altogether.

The fans responded in quite a disappointing manner with anger. Some said they were on the show due to Lee because she was just a part of the family, others said they will keep on listening the show keeping the fact that they will badly miss the Erica Lee.
