Enucleation

Enucleation basically is the surgical removal of an eye because of some disorder in eye-functions. Enucleation is usually suggested only when patient don’t have any other choice. As the Enucleation process is completed, the eyelids are covered by a pressure patch lessen the swelling of the socket tissues. This normally is the process of 1-4 days after the surgery. Though this patch causes some difficulty for the patient but it is necessary for the protection of the inner surface of eye.

Removal of the defected eye by enucleation process can relieve pain and can save an eye-function from worst condition. Each and every body part has its own significance and removal of any part can make a man able to think about the importance of body organs.
