Dr. Keith Black, M.D. is known to the world as the one of the best neurosurgeon, professor and scientist, in 1997 he joined the Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre and serving the institute as the Chairman of neurosurgical Department.
On the completion of his internship and receiving special training at the Michigan University, Dr. Keith Black joined UCLA Medical Centre, L.A in 1987, only to become head of Comprehensive Brain Tumor program at the medical centre. Ten years later he left UCLA Medical Centre to join the Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre as department head of Maxine Dunitz Neurosurgical Institute.
Dr. Keith Black, M.D. has the privilege to perform over 5,000 successful brain tumor operations since 1987 using the cutting-edge medical research and technology, while his research in the field of neurosurgery cannot be ignored.
Last year Dr. Keith Black, M.D., autobiography by the name of “Brain Surgeon” hit the book stores, which is described by critics as “fascinating”. He describes in the book that how many racial hurdles he faced to reach his goal of becoming one of the world’s best neurosurgeon. His autobiography is co-authored by Arnold Mann.
