Christopher Plummer

Christopher Plummer is very talented and experienced Canadian actor. In his long acting career of almost five decades, he has portrayed numerous memorable and treasured characters. One out of his best performed characters is Julius Ceasar, he played in Bernard Shaw’s ‘Caesar and Cleopatra’, aired on CTV, a Canadian network on December 26.

This film was originally directed for the Stratford Shakespeare Festival and Nikki M. James performed the character of Cleopatra, a young and charming queen of Egypt. Christopher Plummer played the role of Julius Ceasar with the depth of its originality.

Christopher Plummer has portrayed many historical characters very skillfully as the role of Captain Von Trapp is his best –known performance in The Sound of Music. Christopher Plummer has performed on Broadway in the productions such as Home is the Hero, The Dark is Light Enough, Arturo Ui, The Lark, The Starcross Story, The Royal Hunt of the Sun, The Good Doctor, No Man’s Land, King Lear, Inherit the Wind and many more .
