The Republican Governor of Virginia, Bob McDonnell, delivered a solid & straight message in Republican Party’s response to President Barack Obama’s address– “The federal government is only trying to do too much…!”
Bob McDonnell said “It was boasted by the Democrats last year that enormous new federal spending would create more jobs right away and unemployment will stay below 8 percent”.
He further revealed “But in the preceding year, more than three million people have lost their jobs and yet the Democratic Congress persists deficit spending” resultantly an increases national debt to be paid by our children and grandchildren.
Finally he concluded his speech by just saying that “The solutions of our problems are not there in a thousand-page bills which, I believe, is drafted with particular interests of some politicians and that no one has entirely read, for sure.
