AMA Awards 2009 Winners

Long awaited American Music “AMA” Awards 2009 has been presented on November 22. Music lovers were anxiously waiting for this grand announcement about the winners. Michael Jackson and Taylor Swift were top winners. Late melody King seized 4 awards while Taylor Swift won five precious awards for her performance.

Taylor Swift was nominated for 6 awards and she received five out of these six awards. Sunday night proved an unforgettable and mind blowing night for Taylor but it also revealed that pop icon Michael Jackson still alive and will always be in the heart of his lovers as he won four awards.

For 43rd American Musical Awards at Nashville Taylor was the queen of the award ceremony but she still seems starving for more and more. She gained the title of “Artist of the Year. She was again measured the leading winner just at the age of 19.

The other winners of American Musical Awards are: T-Mobile Breakthrough Artist – Gloriana, Best Country Male Artist – Keith Urban, Favorite Soul/R&B, Favorite Male Pop/Rock – Michael Jackson, Favorite Pop/Rock Album –– Michael Jackson, Best Country Female Artist -Taylor Swift, Favorite Female Pop/Rock-Taylor Swift, Favorite Pop/Rock Band – Black Eyed Peas, and last but the least, Favorite Female Adult Contemporary-Taylor Swift.
