She acquired Grand Diploma of the culinary school Le Cordon Bleu Paris after her graduation when she went to Europe. Since 2005, Aida Mollenkamp is working as food editor with chow.com, where she continuously appears in instructional videos. She is well known around the world for her American cooking style. Before joining chow.com she also worked at California Pizza Kitchen and Hotel Bel-Air, in Los Angeles.
Aida Mollenkamp’s two mothers foster her love for cooking while she was growing in South Carolina. Aida Mollenkamp presently lives in San Francisco California.
