11 Bodies Found in Cleveland
It is expected that all the bodies would be of crack addicts. The disappearance of these addicts goes unobserved by their near ones because it is common for such people to disappear for days and then reappear.
Out of these 11 bodies found in Cleveland 8 were strangled with ropes and many of them had ropes around their necks. Two of the bodies were decomposed to such an extent that it was hard to give the cause of their deaths. The death cause of Tonia Carmichael is yet to be known as her body is going under an autopsy to find the cause of her death.
Anthony Sowell is a convicted rapist and has a continuous contact with the police, but he went uninvestigated because all of his victims have had a history of disappearing. He came under the focal glass of the police when one of his potential victims escaped his house. When the police came for investigation they found two such bodies in the house but this number has grown quite adult as until now 11 bodies are found in Cleveland.
The serial killer is now in the custody of the police, but it took police 37 days to catch him despite the fact he was a registered sex offender and had served 15 years in jail. The work of the police and probation officers has come under question in this case.
The names and pictures of the missing in the area are place on a wooden board near the house of Anthony Sowell. The pictures of missing people including 11 which were found by the police are also placed on the board and their smiling pictures tell the story how happy they were feeling in the life, but the gift of life is snatched from them by Anthony Sowell. The people are paying homage by lighting candles there. Wasn’t it much easier to care for them when their disappearance became known?
